Strength & Conditioning Training


Experts think regular physical activity can act as a healthy stand-in for addictive substances. That's because exercise and drugs of misuse work on similar parts of your brain. They both activate your reward pathway, which triggers the release of feel-good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine.

Strength & Conditioning Training

Mondays 7:30 - 8:30pm (Starting October 2nd, 2023)

Our trainer is “Snook” Kelgren, owner of 4:13 Fitness in North Grosvenordale, CT

We will have everything you need to participate. Just wear loose-fitting clothing and sneakers.

Join us on Monday evenings at the Center!


We offer recovery support programs and assistance focused on the following communities: Webster, Dudley, Oxford, Southbridge, Douglas, and Worcester. Looking for additional peer recovery resources?
